Shipping Fees

We normally deliver only to the U.K., including N. Ireland, the Channel Islands and all off-shore U.K. Islands. Shipping costs to these addresses are included in the prices shown for each item.

These are the only destinations to which we normally offer delivery unless a specific item states that we will ship to other destinations.

Some items do have Surcharges for N.Ireland and Channel Islands.

Additional Shipping Costs

Please contact us if you have any queries on surcharges, including shipping costs, before purchasing the item. Orders incurring additional charges will not be dispatched until these costs are paid.

Shipping Address

We only ship to the delivery address on included on your Paypal payment confirmation. If the delivery address is not your registered address please ensure you complete the alternative delivery details on your order before confirming payment.

If for any reason you need to ask for a change in address please contact us as we will delay dispatching your order pending confirmation. You will need to amend your payment instructions due to eBay regulations. We are only allowing us to send items to the registered PayPal address or alternative delivery address on the payment confirmation form.

When We Send Your Order

We aim to process and dispatch your orders placed Monday - Friday before 1 pm on if received in the morning. Orders received after 1 pm will be sent the following day.

Orders placed after 1 pm on Friday and orders placed over the weekend and on Bank Holidays will be dispatched the following working day. All of our items are sent via Royal Mail Parcel Force. The majority of parcels are normally delivered within 2 to 4 days  We cannot guarantee a specific date or day for delivery as this is in the hands of Parcel Force or, in exceptional cases, the courier company used.

Urgent Orders

Next Day delivery can be arranged for an additional cost and must be paid for at the time of purchase. Charges for next day delivery vary depending on the location and service used to achieve this and will be quoted upon request.

Lost Items

Lost items can only be claimed from the Royal Mail after 10 working days.  If you contact us before the 10 days have elapsed we may have to ask you to wait until after 10 days before we take action. If, in exceptional circumstances, a courier service has been used, you will have access to their tracking system to identify a reason for any delay.
