Most of what leaves this shop was somebody's idea first. A bird they shot, a fish they caught, a dog they miss. You bring the story, I'll bring the knife.
Currently booking about 8 weeks out. Commissions typically start around $350.
Price depends on size, wood and how much detail the piece asks for. I'll tell you straight before anything starts.
What I take on
Waterfowl
Wood ducks, mallards, teal, geese. Decoys, floaters, wall pieces.
Upland & turkey
Pheasant, quail, grouse, and a longbeard or two.
Fish
Bass, bluegill, crappie, trout. Tournament fish get carved the size they were.
Sporting dogs
The lab that hunted with you for twelve seasons.
Memorial pieces
For somebody who's gone. Bring me a photo and a story.
Signs & slabs
Painted walnut slabs, camp signs, cabin work.
